About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented project & program manager to help us deliver our first products to the market. The role will be responsible for managing the execution of PIC products through a complex global supply chain (including multiple material suppliers, foundries, assembly and test locations), ensuring that the products are delivered on time. The ideal candidate will have experience working in photonics industry, and will:

  • Lead and manage photonic IC projects from initiation through to delivery, overseeing project scope, objectives and deliverables
  • Lead and manage subsidy projects
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks and changes to project scope.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules and budgets
  • Co-ordinate and collaborate with stakeholders in engineering, operations, marketing and sales to ensure successful project outcomes


What we are looking for

  • Master’s degree in Physics or Electrical/Electronic Engineering (PMP certification is a plus)
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience
  • Strong knowledge of photonics or semiconductor manufacturing processes
  • Demonstrated experience in managing complex photonic or semiconductor projects
  • Exceptional communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast changing environment
